Are web "sites" dead??

Well not exactly. The continued marketing practice to build product sites for healthcare related products and services and then just let them sit idle is dead. Healthcare marketers need to work with clients and find solutions to the hurdles that prevent them from using blogs, twitter, Facebook and other social media as a solution.

Thanks for the notice Mark. You are exactly right. So much energy has been spent trying to make the web look like paper from a marketing standpoint that marketers are reluctant to pay attention to what's really going on. People don't go to 'domains' they search for answers and solutions to problems. As the comscore data so clearly articulates..this activity is accelerating not decreasing. snip...People don't go to 'domains' they search for answers and solutions" Amen...online delivery of training has moved from content sppon feeding to "let's see what is on UTube and Google. This changes the learning metaphor for 18-30, 30-45, and 45-50; not sure about the 50+ set; they still might have the "old ways" (electronic and otherwise) and not willing to change.
